Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and well-appointed rooms that are clean and comfortable, compared to other hotels in Taiwan. The service is exceptional, with staff being friendly, efficient, and professional at all times. The location is convenient, just steps away from plenty of retail stores and restaurants, but slightly far from the main city center. The dining experience is outstanding, providing a variety of cuisine styles. Overall, a great value for money with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was really comfortable and very fancy, making it a really nice place to stay for the 3 nights I was in town. The rooms, although not ready until after 3 PM, were spacious with great amenities. The service provided, especially in terms of getting extra amenities and missing food items, was amazing and very professional. The location was convenient for my visits, but not as central as expected, and the dining options were good but a bit overpriced.
The hotel offers smaller rooms compared to many others in Taipei but makes up for it with a hot and cold spa, rooftop swimming pool, and wonderfully approachable staff. The room decor is beautifully done, although the size may be a bit smaller than expected.
